Accessibility statement

We build the things we sell. It would be difficult to argue we do that well if our own site excluded people.

How accessible this site is

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. We believe the site currently meets that standard, with the exceptions noted below.

What we have done

  • Every page can be operated by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator throughout.
  • A "Skip to content" link is the first thing in the tab order on every page.
  • Text and interface colours are checked against their actual backgrounds, including inside cards and over the hero image, not just against the page background.
  • The site respects prefers-reduced-motion: if your device asks for reduced motion, the hero animation settles immediately and transitions are removed.
  • Headings follow a proper order, so screen-reader heading navigation works.
  • Text reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320px, and can be zoomed to 200% without loss of content.
  • Decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology rather than announced as meaningless images.
  • The site works without JavaScript — content is visible, navigation works, and the enquiry form still submits.

Known limitations

  • The home page hero contains continuous background animation. It stops automatically if your device requests reduced motion, but there is no on-screen control to pause it. We are considering adding one.

If you find something on this site you cannot use, please email enquiry@milktechservices.com and describe what happened. We will reply within five working days, and we will tell you honestly whether and when we can fix it.
